Summary of actions against Pandemia Covid-19 - Alignment with Union

Dear collaborators

In view of the ban on public transport services determined by the Government, resulting from the Pandemic - COVID 19, SETUF and SINTRATURB negotiated the following measures:

1 - All employee contracts are suspended from April 18, 2020, within a period of up to 30 (thirty) days. The company may anticipate the end of the period of suspension of the employment contract with the appropriate communication, at any time.

2 - Some employees will work from 04/18/2020, that is, they will not have their contract suspended. These employees will be communicated individually by the company. Therefore, if you have not received any request from the company to work, your employment contract is suspended.

3 - Will be paid to workers with contracts not suspended:

The health plans contracted;

Until 05/08/2020, the food voucher;

Restarting activities on 05/01/2020:

Until 05/12/2020, the remaining balance of wages for March 2020;

Until 05/22/2020, normal payment referring to the remuneration of the month of April / 2020;

4 - Workers with a suspended contract will be paid:

The health plans contracted;

Until 05/08/2020, the food voucher;

Restarting activities on 05/01/2020:

Until 05/12/2020, the remaining balance of wages for March 2020;

Until 05/22/2020, compulsory monthly allowance equivalent to 30% (thirty percent) of the EMPLOYEE's base salary, proportionally to the days of April of suspension of the contract, as well as the balance of wages / days of pending vacation for April 2020;

The Emergency Benefit of Preservation of Employment and Income, Federal Government, on the date foreseen in Provisional Measure no. 936;

5 - The PLR expected to be paid on 05/07/2020 will be paid on 08/06/2020, excluding from the calculation base the period in which the regular transport service was prohibited by the Government.

6 - There will be no salary advance in April and May 2020.

7 - The employee who has his contract suspended will have the provisional guarantee in employment during the period of suspension of the contract and after returning for a period equal to that of the suspension.

8 - If the return to normality of transport services does not occur as determined by the Government, SETUF and SINTRATURB will adjust the new payment dates, guaranteeing the payment of the food voucher for 05/08/2020.
